STOCK WHIPS
 

I have been making essentially the same style of stockwhip for thirty five years.
The basics have been handed down through generations of whip makers and to me through Tom Hill,
my boss and toughest critic.

Although the stockwhip is essentially the same as it has always been, in 1982 I began using fibreglass for
the handle foundation in place of the tapered steel lined cane. I have the fibreglass made to my specifications
with the same feel and flex of the old style but without the inherent faults in the tapered cane design.

The thong has three kangaroo keepers for strength and a replaceable keeper on the handle.
Straight throated whips are available.
